  1. Prepare of boiled Noodles.

  2. Prepare of cabbage.

  3. You need of green Bell peppers with julienne cut.

  4. Prepare of Salt.

  5. Prepare of black pepper powder.

  6. It’s of Soya sauce(no onion no garlic).

  7. It’s of Tomato sauce (no onion no garlic).

  8. It’s of oil.

  9. It’s of corn flour.

  10. It’s of chopped green chillies.

  11. You need of Coriander leaves for garnishing.

  12. It’s of Oil for frying.

Simply boil the noodles until soft, add tastemaker, and ready to eat!

Noodles with manchurian Pure Jain version instructions

  1. Heat a wok on medium heat, add 1 tbsp oil.. add green bell peppers, cabbage and 1 tbsp green chillies, saute this for 2 minutes..

  2. Add soya sauce (which is available in market with no onion no garlic and other spices), add 1 tsp tomato sauce (also available in market with discription), add salt to taste, 1 tsp of pepper powder..

  3. Mix well and saute it for a min, now add boiled noodles…mix well again. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir it and garnish with fresh coriander leaves..

  4. For manchurian : firstly squeeze the water from cabbage.. take a bowl add grated cabbage, salt to taste, pinch of pepper powder, add 2 tbsp of corn flour. Mix well all together..

  5. Now make small round balls for Manchurian. Make all the balls. And heat an oil in a pan and deep fry the manchurian until it turns out the golden brown..

  6. Take it out in the absorbent paper..

  7. Heat a wok on medium flame, add some oil, add Chopped green chillies,green bellpepper,cabbage,salt,soya sauce, tomato sauce, pinch of pepper powder. Mix well. Lastly add fried manchurian. Mix well and garnish with coriander..

  8. (Here if you want to make manchurian gravy then you can add some water after sauted the green chillies and green bell peppers. Once its boiling, add corn flour slurry (1/2 cup water+ 2 tbsp corn flour) and mix well. And last add the Manchurian. This will be manchurian gravy. ).

  9. I made dry Manchurian. And noodles..
