Ingredients of Jain Manchurian

  1. Grind cabbage,capsicum beans in mixer grinder.Not make a paste. Then gently squeeze vegetables so vegetable release water. manchurian mixture is not watery.

  2. Then mix all the ingredients for Manchurian balls except oil gently knead..

  3. Now mix very well so. Then take a small portion of the mixture and roll it in your palm and make a round ball make all balls this way and keep aside. When you make ball you can spread some oil on your palms..

  4. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai then add all balls gently if the balls break then some more binding agent is required so you can add some more maida. When cooked from one side turn the balls. Fry till it comes crisp and golden brown..

  5. Take oil in another pan.fry mix veggies, red chilli powder Garam masala and add soya sauce tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce mixed sauce is very well. Then add cornflour slurry mixed well. Let the mixture come to the boil when the manchurian gravy thickens add black pepper powder then add vinegar and Manchurian.add fried vegetables ball in the gravy. switch off the flame and add chopped coriander serve hot..
