Once it is fermented add salt and divide the batter among three bowls and add the grinded vegetables to each bowl and mix well.

Take the idli plates apply ghee and pour the batter and keep inside the vessel and let it cook for 20 minutes..

After 20 minutes switch off the stove (and show the idli plate upside down on running water, it will help to remove idli from plate easily). Then remove the idlis and serve hot with chutneys..
Soak the millets together and Udad dal separately atleast overnight.
Grease the idli moulds with vegetable oil and pour the batter into each.
The batter must be less than half the capacity.
Pressure cook the idlis until you see a steady flow of steam through the cooker chimney.
