  1. Prepare 2 cups of ukwa(Breadfruit).

Ukwa na ugbaka agworo agwo instructions

  1. Wash the breadfruit thoroughly and add to a cooking pot. Add water above the quantity in the pot and start cooking.

  2. Once the Ukwa starts boiling, add 2-3 tablespoonfuls of potash(this softens the Ukwa and makes it cook faster) and cook till soft (dont let the water dry off).

  3. Sieve out the water and set aside.

  4. Add blended pepper and the ugbaka into the cooked ukwa, also add in the palm oil & some salt.

  5. Taste for salt then add seasoning and mix thoroughly.

  6. Serve with the sieved out water.

  7. Its a real delicacy and it's very delicious too😎👍👌💪.
