You need 1&1/2 cup of fresh grated coconut.

You need 1&1/2 cup of jaggery powder.

Clean and soked the rice with water for 3 - 4 hour..

Clean wash turmeric leaves..

Take a vessel,add Fresh grated coconut & jaggery powder and mix well..

Grind the soaked rice with little salt and water into thick batter..

Spread the rice batter on turmeric leaves.

Then sprinkle one layer coconut jaggery mix..

Fold and place it inside idli cooker and steam cook for 20 minutes.

Serve with ghee and pickle..
