  1. You need of round beef.

  2. Prepare of garlic cloves.

  3. Prepare of vinegar.

  4. You need of salt.

  5. You need of black pepper.

  6. Prepare of ginger.

  7. It’s of coriander.

  9. Prepare of olive oil.

On medium-high heat, saute the chopped onions briefly.

Egyptian Roast Beef instructions

  1. Get 1 Kg round beef and strap it as in photo.

  2. Make some holes inside the beef and insert garlic cloves in it as in prior photo.

  3. Season the meat with salt, pepper, ginger, coriander..

  4. Add some barbecue sauce on the meat.

  5. Leave it in the fridge from 2 hours to overnight.

  6. Heat olive oil in a pan and add a spoon of butter, salt, pepper, ginger, coriander, barbeque sauce.

  7. Put the meat in the pan for few minutes while turning the sides till it gets a brown color.

  8. Take the pan and put it in the oven and add 3 cups of water with a spoon of vinegar.

  9. Leave it for 90 minutes while turning the sides every 15 minutes and add water whenever needed..

  10. Remove from oven.

  11. Cut the meat into pieces.

Cook until fully browned, tossing regularly.

Remove the pan from the heat briefly and drain any fat, then return back to the stove.

Add in the spices and stir to fully combine.

Pick your favorite beef cut and ensure it has plenty of fat in it.
