  1. Prepare 1 kg of parwal.

  2. Prepare 300 gm of Mava.

  3. You need 1 cup of Water.

  4. You need 1 cup of Sugar.

  5. It’s 1/4 cup of Almonds.

  6. You need 1/4 cup of Cashewnuts.

  7. Prepare handful of Raisins.

  8. Prepare 2 tsp of Melon seeds.

Parwal ki Mithai instructions

  1. Wash and peel parwal.

  2. Slit it.

  3. Scoop it.

  4. Boil parwal in water for 4 minutes.

  5. Strain it.

  6. Let it cool.

  7. In a pan take 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar.

  8. Boil it.

  9. Add parwal.

  10. Boil it for 10 minutes.

  11. Strain it.

  12. Let it cool.

  13. Stuffing - in a bowl mix grated mawa,almonds,raisins, cashewnuts and melon seeds.

  14. Mix well.

  15. I did not add sugar water in stuffing,if you want you can add sugar powder in stuffing.

  16. Stuff this stuffing in parwal.ready to serve.

  17. I did not add any colour and silver veel,if you want you can add.

For this recipe, you have to boiled and soak the parwal in sugar syrup, filled with khoya and nuts stuffing.
