  2. You need 1/2 cup of chana dal.

  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of moong dal.

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of curd.

  7. You need 1 tbsp of suji.

Mix daal dosa instructions

  1. Clean,wash & rinse & soak the all dals,rice & fenugreek seeds in water for over night..

  2. Drain off the excess water & take the dal in mixer jar..

  3. Grind it into a smooth paste by adding required water.then take a rice & fenugreek seeds in a mixer jar & griand it smooth paste..

  4. Not very thick or thin batter- medium consistency. Same as dosa batter consistency..

  5. Transfer the batter to a bowl, add salt,suji & curd & mix well with clean hand.set a side to rest 30 minutes..

  6. Batter is ready for use..

  7. Heat a tava on medium high flame..

  8. Once it is hot, sprinkle drops of water & wipe it with a wet cloth..

  9. Mix the batter well with the ladle..

  10. Pour a ladle of battar & spread it into a thin dosa..

  11. Drizzle oil all over..

  12. Just cook on one side, fold the dosa & remove..

  13. Serve hot with coconut chutney..
