Creamed managu instructions

  1. Put water on a pan,add bicarbonate, clean the veg(managu) add and bring to boil.

  2. Drain after few minutes, cool the veges by running water.heat pan,add little oil,chop the onions and fry to golden brown adding garlic n ginger together, chop the vegetables and fry.season with salt to taste. Add whipping cream and simmer few minutes.Serve while still hot..
