  1. For halwa heat ghee in a karahi. Add grated potato and cook.

  2. Cook till it is nice golden brown.

  3. Then add cardomon powder sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook.

  4. Now add milk powder.

  5. Cook for a minute then add milk and cook.

  6. Cook till it leaves side of pan.

  7. For paratha mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough.

  8. Roll two Rotis of same size.

  9. Put halwa on one roti and.

  10. Close it with other roti.

  11. Cook in ghee on low flame from both sides.

  13. Crush fried makhana.

  14. Whisk curd with salt sugar cumin powder and chopped green chilli.
