Tomato fritters (lashkari bhajiya) instructions

  1. Take garlic, coriander and chilli in mixture Jaar..

  2. Add cumin seeds and ginger and crush it..

  3. Add namkeen sev and again crush it. Now add lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside.

  4. Take gram flour and rice flour in bowl and add salt.

  5. Add water and turmeric. Mix well. Now add pinch of fruit salt mix well and keep aside.

  6. Now cut tomato in slice..

  7. One side spread green chutney which we prepared..

  8. Deep in batter and dip fry in hot oil on medium flame till become golden brown..

  9. Our fritters are ready to serve. Enjoy it in this lockdown period. If you dont eat garlic you may avoid it. You can use regular garlic also..
