Creamed managu instructions

Soak the managu in clean water for 5 minutes. Drain them to another basin with clean water and begin washing them thoroughly.

Rince the managu thrice in clean water.

Bring the managu to boil for like 5 minutes or you can cook direct minus boiling depending how you want drain water completely after boiling.

Bring the cooking pan to fire let it catch warm for like 2 minutes.Add oil and let it be hot.Add chopped onions stir till golden brown..

Add tomatoes and stir well add salt and cover with the lid for 3minutes to tenderise the tomatoes.Add your managu and salt stir well to have a uniform mixture cover for 2 minutes.

Add enough cream to managu depending to the paste you will want stir well and cover for like 3-5 minutes.

Serve with ugali.
