Managu; remove the leaves from branches and wash well then slice.boil the managu for few minutes.

Beef;boil meat till tender,when water is drained add onions, garlic and stir (if meat is oily).

Add tomatoes stir till tomatoes are done add a cup of water,salt and royco let it boil for around 10minutes add dhania then remove from heat.
