Pakoda Platter. Pakoda Platter is a sinful spread of different deep fried pakodas. There is one for everybody and all the pakodas or bajjis can be easily prepared. Pakoda Platter has different variety of pakoda deep fried and served on a platter.
They are dangerously addictive, crunchy, yummy and go well with tea, rains and friends.
Whenever we make bhajiya in our house it is always a mix, just not one.
So putting up this platter for our month long BM theme was easy for me.

Prepare of Besan.

You need of rice flour.

It’s of Red Chilli Powder.

It’s of Turmeric Powder.

It’s of Baking Powder.

Pakoda Platter instructions

Cut the vegetables- Slit the big green chilli vertically and remove the seeds from within. Cut the onions in ring (circular) shape. Potato & Brinjal can be cut in desired shape. Apply little salt and keep aside..

In a mixing bowl add besan,rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric, baking powder& salt. Add water gradually making a thick paste..

Heat the oil in a kadai till boiling point,now take one tbsp of hot oil and add it to the besan mixture. (This helps in making the pakoda crispy).

For crispy onion rings dip the onion cut in grinded poha mixture then fry.

Dip the vegetables one by one in the besan mixture and deep fry on medium flame.

Serve hot & crispy with homemade tamarind chutney or pudina chutney..
