Made from soaked chana dal's coarse paste made of onion, ginger, garlic paste & many other traditional spices, these vadas have a distinct, unique taste.
Peel off the outer skin of onion and chop it finely.

Dampen your palms with water and flatten them slightly between your palms and set aside..

Heat sufficient oil in a Kadai, deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper..
