Vada Pav Spicy Dry garlic Chutney step by step

Bowl potatoes and cook nicely in pressure cooker. Peel it and mash it.

For potato Pattis- mashed potatoes using masher. Take a pan add oil once gets heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds hing curry leaves. Once it gets splutter add ginger chiili garlic paste turmeric salt and mix it and saute it. Add coriander leaves mix leaves and mix everything. Once oil gets releases from it pour it on mashed potatoes and mix it.

Once potato mixture gets cools make small balls and keep aside.

Dry garlic Chutney- take a pan add oil add garlic red chilli groundnut seeds sesame seeds coriander seeds cumin seeds dry coconut and saute till gets golden brown. Saute in low flame. Once done keep it aside to gets cool.

Take a small mixer jar add all dry ingredients add red chilli powder salt and grind it grind coarsely. Check in between.open the lid and keep checking.. it should grind coarsely.

Green chutney- wash and strain green chili coriander stem mint leaves cumin seeds daliya salt lemon juice and grind it a smooth paste.

For batter - take a vessel add gram flour add water. Add water as required. Keep batter thick. It should be thick. Add ajwain salt baking powder and keep batter ready for frying potatoes.

Now take a kadai and keep oil for heating for deep frying. Take ball in hand pour in batter coat it and fry in deep oil till it gets golden brown and crisp all sides.

Take a pav cut in the centre. Sprinkle garlic Chutney on one side and apply green chutney on other sides. Place vada in the centre along with green chutney and serve it.
