Ingredients of Chocolate Gulab Jamun

  1. You need 1 cup of milk powder.

  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Maida.

  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of suji.

  4. It’s 1/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda.

  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons of coco powder.

  6. You need 1 tablespoon of ghee.

  7. Prepare As required of Milk to knead the dough.

  10. It’s 2 cups of Sugar.

  11. It’s 2 cups of Water.

  12. It’s Pinch of Elachi powder.

  13. It’s 2 (3 strands) of Kesar.

  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of Rose Water.

  15. Prepare As required of Oil or ghee for frying.

  1. In one thali or parath add milk powder, maida, suji, baking soda, cocoa powder and mix well..

  2. Add ghee and mix everything together..

  3. Now add little milk and knead the dough..

  4. For syrup.. add water and sugar and boil it well. Add elachi powder, kesar and 2 3 drops of milk..

  5. Now keep kadai. And make small balls of dough. Stuff chocolate and make it smooth. It shouldnt have any cracks..

  6. Oil or ghee shouldnt be much hot. Fry the balls..

  7. Now add the balls in the syrup. Cover it for 30 mins..

  8. Serve them hot or cold whatever ways your family loves..

Fry in the oil at very low flame till golden brown in color.

Keep putting the fried gulab jamuns in the prepared sugar syrup, once all the gulab jamuns are in the sugar syrup bring it to a boil and remove from flame.
