You need 1/2 of chopped mbuzi.

Boil the beef till tender.

Fry onions till golden brown,add potatoes tomatoes and salt.

Let it cook for 15 min until the potatoes softens add the boiled beef cook for 10 mins as you keep stirring.

Add a cup of water and let it boil.serve while hot.
In a separate bowl, whisk some eggs, add salt and pepper, then set them aside.
Next, put some oil or butter in a frying pan, and fry your veggies for a few minutes on low-medium heat.
By coating the rice with the egg you prevent the sticking and also drying out too much when cooking.
Use just enough beaten egg to coat your rice, but not too so much that it's too wet.
You can save the rest of the beaten egg for the fried rice.
