  4. Add the tomatoes, then the kales and cover to cook/steam for 3 minutes..

  5. Turn the kales to mix with the onions and tomatoes..

  6. Add the dhania and let it cook again for 1 minute..

  7. Set aside and serve with ugali or mashed potatoes..
