You need of oats.

Prepare of veg (cabbage,green peas cauliflower cut into small cubes).

You need of hung curd.

It’s of garam marsala powder.

All you need is a bowl full of veggies and a cup of good basmati rice.
Since I had some frozen ready to use sweet corn I used it today while making briyani.
Cube cut all the vegetables and keep it aside.

At first dry roast the oats and keep aside.

Now prepare a mixture of curd,garam marsala powder turmeric powder salt and jeera powder.

Now marinate the veg cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds,bay leaf red chilli and strands of javitri.

Add the marinated veges and fry them in low flame..

In another pan boil the water and add the roasted oats.strain out the water immediately..

Add the oats with the fried veges and mix well..

Garnish it with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves.serve it hot with coriander raita.

Mix coriander leaves paste,salt,chat masala powder and curd and your raita is ready.
Heat a cooker base with oil and add all the spices one by one given under " to saute" in the same order.
