Ingredients of Egg Masala

  1. Prepare 3 of eggs.

  2. You need 1 tbsp of chilli powder.

  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of dhaniya /coriander powder.

  4. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of besan.

  6. Prepare 3 of chopped onions.

  7. It’s 2 of green chillies.

  8. It’s 4-5 of pepper seeds.

  9. Prepare 4-5 of cardamom and cloves.

  10. You need 3-4 of lavanga/ cloves.

  11. Prepare 2 of tomatoes.

  12. You need 1 tbsp of salt.

  13. It’s 1 tbsp of garam masala.

  14. You need 1 tbsp of kasuri methi.

  15. It’s 1 glass of water.

  16. It’s Sufficient of oil.

It is made using eggs, onions, urad dal and curry leaves.

It can be made in a few minutes and is very delicious.

Egg Masala step by step

  1. Firstly take a bowl add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and besan. Mix well and keep it aside..

  2. Take a pan add water and boil the eggs..

  3. Once it is done turn out the layer of eggs and scratch the outer layer of eggs with a knife..

  4. Take a pan add oil and fry the eggs till it turns into golden brown colour and take it aside..

  5. In the same pan add elachi,lavanga,pepper seeds and green chillies.saute for few minutes and add chopped onions..

  6. Once onions turn golden brown add tomato paste and saute till raw smell dissolves..

  7. Then add salt and saute for few minutes.After that add daniya mix powder and give a smooth mix..

  8. Cook for few minutes and add water.Let it cook till it turns smooth mashy.Then add fried eggs to it..

  9. Finally add kasuri methi and garam masala and give a lite mix..

  10. Take it into a serving bowl and enjoy the dish with hot rice or roti..

Finally add the finely chopped cilantro, mix once again gently and switch off.

This egg masala goes very well with chapatti, pulav and white rice.
