I love anything with rose flavor.

  1. You need 1 1/4 Cup of all-purpose flour.

  2. Prepare 2 tsp of corn flour.

  3. You need 3/4 cup of sugar.

  16. You need 1/4 tsp of rose essence.

  18. You need as needed of Whipped cream.

  20. Prepare 5 tsp of Sliced pistachios.

Prick some holes in the prepared cake with a fork or toothpick.

Pour two three ladles full of rose milk cream.

Allow to cool down the cake and refrigerate this until chilled.

Pipe and top the cake with whipped cream.

Rose milk cake step by step

  1. Take mixing bowl seive all dry ingredients keep aside.

  2. Take yoghurt in another mixing bowl add sugar and beat it until in cooperate add oil and mix well to all combine add essence and pink color and mix it properly.

  3. Now add dry ingredients in wet ingredients in batches along with milk using cut and fold method till you get ribbon consistency dont over mix.

  4. Fill batter in 7 " inches square tin well greased tap pan to avoid air pocket.

  5. Bake it in preheated oven for 35/45 minutes at 180 degrees or pass square test.

  6. Demould sponge after 10 minutes and cool on wire rack.

  7. Take mixing bowl add milk condensed milk cream and essence mix it properly and keep it in fridge for chill.

  8. Now take sponge on tray or baking pan prick with toothpicks soak nicely with chilled rose milk keep in fridge to cake soak milk.

  9. Now top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced pistachio and rose petals.

Now remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool.
