  2. once the meat is ready take out of crock pot and shred up in a skillet. taste it! see if the seasoning is right if you want it spicier ad some more cumin a cup of water and let simmer for 1/2 hr. Once it is at desired taste, add mushrooms and chopped olives simmer for 10 minutes. Microwave totillas for approxiamately 30-45 seconds. Prepair you Num Nums to your preference, cheese, lettuce,sour cream, anything! ranch dressing is a wonderful option in place of sour cream. Now enjoy!!.
