Lets start with the dough…Take a vessel…Add maida,salt,curd,oil and form a crumble mixture…Then knead the dough using water into semi soft form..Cover and keep aside..

Now lets start with cholae..Soak chola in water for 8 hrs..Then pressure cook it by adding one pouch each of tea bag, and khada garam masala…

Heat oil in a wok..Add cumin seeds,tej patta.And finely chopped onion…Once they r brown..Add green chilli ginger garlic paste,saute fir few mun,add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,cholae masala and cook for 2 min..now add tamarind pulp,boiled cholae and cook for another 15 min..here u can add water depending upon your consistency..inbetween mash 1 tbsp cholae for thick consistency….
