You need as needed of Little Kasturi methi.

It’s 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves chopped.

It’s as needed of Curry leaves few.
It is made using eggs, onions, urad dal and curry leaves.

Egg masala step by step

Heat oil in a pan add onion sauté till golden brown now add ginger garlic paste or chopped finely and curry leaves..

Sauté for 2 minutes now add tomato purée and sauté till leaves the oil.

Add I cup of water and boil it add egg slices each egg in two pieces add and just boil the egg masala.

Not too much boil otherwise eggs will be hard.

Garnish with coriander leaves chopped and little Kasturi methi.

Serve with rice chapattis or paranthas.
Finally add the finely chopped cilantro, mix once again gently and switch off.
This egg masala goes very well with chapatti, pulav and white rice.
