Recipe: Tasty Chicken samosa

Recipe: Tasty Chicken samosa Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Chicken samosa. This chicken samosa recipe is best served with yogurt dipping sauce or chutney (like coriander and mint, tamarind or sweet mango). The filling is a tasty mixture of sautéed onions, ginger, garlic and spices along with minced chicken. The raita should be nice and creamy from the yogurt but still have texture from the cucumber.
Start by making the spicy chicken filling.
Homemade chicken samosa is far much better tasting than the store-bought samosas.
In my opinion, some samosas sold in the stores or even served in restaurants, are full of overcooked spices, and the pastry is either tasteless or soggy, which can make anyone refrain from trying this appetizing snack again.
