In a pan add 2 tsp of oil, temper jeera seeds, cardamoms,cinnamon, a bay and sauté some carrots and green peas in it for few minutes. Add the cooked rice in it. Add salt to taste and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add a tsp of ghee, cover it and off the flames. Veg Pulao is ready..
