Now take the dough make medium size balls apply oil on each balls and cover with a wet clothes.in a kadhai add oil and heat it on high flame. now dust some flour on rolling board and take one balls roll it on rolling board.now put this on hot oil and flip after 40 seconds.fry the bhaturas on high flame make sure don"t leave it in oil for more time..
