It’s 3 of lbs. bone-in skin-on chicken pieces. Drums always seem to work well for the kids.

You need 1/4 cup of Hoisin sauce.

Rinse the chicken in cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Mix the hoisin, sesame oil, soy sauce and peanut oil together and rub all over the chicken.

35 minutes before youre ready to cook, take the chicken out of the fridge and let it come up to room temp..

15 minutes before youre ready to cook, pre-heat the oven to 425F..

Make sure the chicken is sitting in one layer, and roast in the 425F oven for 45 to 50 minutes for bone-in, skin-on chicken..
