  1. Prepare 4-5 of eggs (boiled).

  2. You need 3-4 of tomatoes.

  3. It’s 1 inch of ginger.

  4. It’s 2 of green chillies.

  5. You need 5-6 of cashews.

  6. You need 1 spoon of melon seeds.

  7. It’s 1 spoon of poppy seeds.

  8. It’s 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.

  9. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.

  10. Prepare 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli.

  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of roasted cumin powder.

  12. You need to taste of salt.

  13. You need 1 inch of cinnamon stick.

  14. Prepare 2-3 of cloves.

  15. Prepare 4-5 of black pepper corn.

  16. It’s 1 of bay leaf.

  17. You need 1 of black cardamom.

  18. It’s 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder.

  19. It’s 1 spoon of kasuri methi.

  20. Prepare some of fresh coriander chopped.

  21. Prepare 2 tbsp of cream (optional).

  22. You need 3-4 tbsp of oil.

Only for occasions I do add them.

Also add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder.

After that add ginger juliennes, and cubed paneer.

Cook until golden, then add the ginger chili blend.

Creamy Egg curry (without onion,Garlic) instructions

  1. First in a pan add roughly chopped tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, cashews, melon seeds, poppy seeds and 2 cups of water. Keep the pan on medium heat and cook for few minutes until tomatoes get soft..

  2. Switch off the heat and let it cool completely then blend the mixture to puree..

  3. Now heat a pan with oil, add all whole spices, let them crackle, then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and stir for few seconds. (keep the flame low at this stage)then add blended puree and stir well..

  4. Cook for few minutes (5-7)or until it starts to release oil. Add as required water to make desired consistency of gravy, cook for a min then add cut boiled egg and cook covered for few minutes..

  5. Now add kasuri methi and garam masala powder and mix gently, add fresh coriander and switch off the flame..

  6. Delicious, creamy without onion, garlic egg curry is ready, garnish with cream and serve hot with chapati or fulkas..

  7. Note - you can make any kind of curries with this gravy. You can add any kinds of koftas, paneer etc.instead of egg. It taste so tempting..
