It’s 5-6 of boiled eggs.

Prepare 2 tbspn of oil.

Boil the eggs then pork holes using fork spoon then, In a pan add oil let it heat then add boiled eggs, turmeric powder and chilli powder toss for a while till slight brown in colour.

In a same pan add onions saute then add ginger garlic paste saute well till golden brown then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, amchoor powder and mix well then add water and let it cook then add tomato paste, salt cook till raw smell disappears.

Add mashed potatoes mix well then add kasoori methi, garam masala mix well add water if needed cook well then add eggs and cook till boil and its ready to serve..
Place an ice cube of frozen gravy in the center, and pipe more mashed potatoes around the gravy cube, Freeze until the potatoes are firm.
Brush with egg wash until completely coated.
