  1. First, boil the egg. Then peel it and cut it into 2 pcs. Scoop the egg yolk. In a bowl take the egg yolk, boiled potatoes, finely chopped capsicum (very little) finely chopped coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt to taste. Mix them. All and stuff it inside the egg.

  2. In a pan add oil, when it becomes hot add finely chopped garlic fry it. Then add one by one onion paste stir it for 3-4 mins then add ginger and green Chile paste..

  4. Now add dhaniya and jeera powder some sugar and salt to taste. Now cover and let it cook. When the gravy is fully cooked add garam masala, kasuri methi and the fresh cream..

  5. Now place the egg in the gravy. Keep it on low flame for 2-3 mins. Before serving add some Malai to it..
