Ingredients of Egg Bhurji

  1. Prepare 6 of Eggs.

  2. It’s 2 of big Onions (finely chopped).

  3. It’s 2 of big Tomatoes (finely chopped).

  4. It’s 2 of green chillies.

  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  6. Prepare as per taste of All Spices + Salt.

  7. It’s 1 tsp of fresh coconut (grated).

  8. It’s 1 tsp of cashews powder.

  9. It’s as required of Oil.

  10. Prepare as required of Coriander leaves and kasuri methi for garnish.

Egg bhurji is basically just Indian scrambled eggs.

  1. In a Kadai put Oil when heated put Jeera, when crackles put finely chopped Onions, saute and stir for few till it becomes pinkish than put chopped green chillies and finely chopped tomatoes and put ginger garlic paste and add all Spices including Salt..

  2. Then put Eggs and go on stirring continuously, and cover it for 10 minutes in medium flame..

  3. Lastly, add cashews powder and freshly coconut in it and garnish with little garam masala powder and coriander leaves and Kasuri methi and serve with Roti/ Pav yummy it taste..
