Brown Ugali. Pour the water into a Sufuria and place over medium heat and bring it to a boil. Add the teaspoonful of cooking oil or butter and let it boil/melt for a minute. This is for the ugali not to turn too sticky.

Ingredients of Brown Ugali

You need of Millet Flour.

It’s of Water.

You need of butter.
Ingredients Finger millet; millet; sorghum; and a little maize.
Preparation Mix the ingredients together and have them ground at a posho mill.
Boil water in a sufuria, add flour while stirring.

Add butter. Then and flour gradually to your liking..

Then turn the Ugali and mix very well.

Cook for around 35 minutes and cover the ugali for 15 minutes to give it time to cook/ boil.
