Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the marinated eggs and keep it aside.In the same oil put bay leaf, clove, cardamom,and cinnamon for a sec and then add the onion tomato paste..

When the paste starts leaving the Kadai add salt, haldi and red chilli powder,dhaniya powder,biryani masala to it.fry for more 5 minutes..

Now add eggs to it and saute with the masala, finally add water according to thickness you want. cover it and let it boil for 10 mins..

Finally add kashuri methi and garam masala and serve it hot with chapati or rice.Top it up with coriander leaves..
