Brown Ugali. Pour the water into a Sufuria and place over medium heat and bring it to a boil. Add the teaspoonful of cooking oil or butter and let it boil/melt for a minute. This is for the ugali not to turn too sticky.

Ingredients of Brown Ugali

Prepare of Brown flour (maize + sorghum + cassava 5:2:1).

Ingredients Finger millet; millet; sorghum; and a little maize.
Preparation Mix the ingredients together and have them ground at a posho mill.
Boil water in a sufuria, add flour while stirring.

Boil water in a sauce pan and add your flour little by little as you mix with cooking stick..

Keep adding flour until you reach your desired consistency though it should not be too hard..

Keep mixing till all the flour is dissolved. Keep mixing for about 30mins..
