  5. Prepare 3 of tomatoes, roughly chopped.

  6. It’s 1 cup of water.

  7. Prepare 3 cups of pre boiled beans and 'peeled' maize.

  1. Fry onions till transleucent.

  2. Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute.

  3. Add in the tomatoes and let cook to a paste. Add salt and pepper..

  4. Add in the pre boiled muthokoi plus a cup of water. Cover and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

  5. Garnish and serve.
