  1. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and add the lamb and fry quickly fot 2 minutes stirring until lamb is no longer red.

  2. Turn down and add the Basil, Pepper, salt. And mix in.

  3. Add the chestnut mushrooms, onions and peppers fry for 3-4 minutes.

  4. Lastly add the sundried tomatoes and the pesto sauce. Mix in.

  5. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir in and fry for 1 minute.

  6. Serve all together eat hot with a side of noodles or cold as a Salad.with lettuce tomatoes etc.
