Now add a pinch of hing,ginger paste and tomato puree to the remaining oil.Add Dum Aloo masala,haldi, red chilli powder,salt and sugar to taste,and fry.Add little water,green peas,bay leaf and potato cubes and boil for few minutes.Slowly add the soft paneer balls,fresh cream and cook for few minutes.Sprinkle roasted jeera powder,garam masala and fresh cream and toss.Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with roti, rice,or pulao..
