Ingredients of Kashmiri Tea/Chai/Quahwah

  1. It’s 1 tsp of Fresh green tea.

  2. Prepare 2 cup of Water.

  3. It’s 2 pinch of Kesar flakes.

  4. It’s 2 tsp of Sugar.

  5. Prepare 4 of Cardamom pods.

  6. It’s 6 of Almonds.

  7. Prepare 1 stick of of cinnamon.

Kashmiri Tea/Chai/Quahwah step by step

  1. Crush the cardamom pods and cinnamon stick and almonds..

  2. Put water in a pan/kettle and start boiling.

  3. Once the water starts boiling add sugar, saffron flakes and the crushed cardamom pods & cinnamon sticks and Almonds..

  4. Simmer/lower the heat and allow this concoction to boil, till it becomes thicker..

  5. Once the boiling is done, turn off the heat..

  6. Pour the liquid into a cup through a strainer..
