You can have Liver wet fry using 14 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Liver wet fry

  1. You need 3/4 kg of Liver.

  2. Prepare 100 g of cornflakes blended to fine flour.

  3. It’s of Tumeric.

  4. You need of Garam masala.

  5. Prepare of Pilau masala.

  6. Prepare of Curry powder.

  7. It’s cubes of Beef.

  8. It’s of Tomato paste.

  9. It’s of Soy sauce.

  10. You need 2 of large onions.

  11. Prepare 1 of large hoho.

  12. You need 1 of green chilli(optional).

  13. It’s of Dhania.

  14. Prepare to taste of Salt.

Move liver pieces cooked evenly from each side to a big plate and season with a salt.

Cook the liver in melted butter at high heat about halfway, then splash just a bit of milk in with the liver so it begins boiling and turn the heat to medium, sprinkle generously with rosemary, and let simmer to boil off the liquid, turning often.

Cook until faintly pink in the centers only.

Apply some soy sauce just before removing from heat.

Liver wet fry instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix the spices with the cornflakes flour and put in your liver after washing… Ensuring all pieces are coated.

  2. Leave to marinate 30min-1hr.

  3. In a hot pan, pour some oil and shallow fry the liver ensuring it cooks…..

  4. In a different pot, put some oil.. And add in the chopped onions and cook till translucent.

  5. Add in the chilli and tomato paste and stir for like 2min.

  6. Add the liver and mix and then the soy sauce….you can add some water too in case it starts to stick.

  7. Add in the chopped hoho and cook for about 3min.

  8. Add the Dhania and turn off the heat….

  9. Serve with starch of your choice… I went for roast potatoes and avocado salad.

When the butter has melted, turn the heat up to medium-high, and place the coated liver slices in the pan.

Cook until nice and brown on the bottom.

Turn, and cook on the other side until browned.

Add onions, and reduce heat to medium.

Cook a bit longer to taste.
