Mango Salsa with Corn Sticks. It pairs well with my Spicy Jackfruit Taco Recipe that I'll be making tonight for dinner. And I couldn't be happier with the flavor. The mango and corn gave it that special sweetness while the jalapeno (I kept half the seeds in it) gave it the perfect.
Packed with mango, corn, red bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice.
Tips for Tasty Corn Mango Salsa.
If possible, use fresh corn on the cob and mango.

You need 1 cup of maize flour(yellow colour).

Prepare 1/2 cup of wheat flour.

Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped tomato.
However if you're making this in the winter, frozen will work fine.
Be consistent with dicing the mango, avocado and onions so you have the same great bite every time.
If you like some heat, keep the seeds from the jalapeño in the corn mango salsa.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Mango Salsa with Corn Sticks step by step

Take a bowl and add wheat flour, maize flour, ghee, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well and add water and knead for 5 to 10 minutes and make a smooth dough.

Give rest for 30 minutes.

Make rotlas out of it.

And roast them in a non stick pan on slow flame and take out in a plate and cut triangle pieces with a pizza cutter.

Take a bowl and add Mango, tomato, capsicum, onion, oregano, chilli flakes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley and cheese.

Now mix it well and keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve with corn sticks.
