Measured 400grams of greengrams and boiled.Chop the onion and fry till golden brown, then add in the chopped tomatoes and cook for a while..

At this point add the spices and you will have such and the pre cooked greengrams simmer to cook slowly.(if you greengrams had not dried water do not strain use it instead of adding more water).

Then add in a bunch of chopped coriander stir and serve.

With your favorite side dish,chapati or Rice.
Replace milk with coconut milk to make this curry vegan.
But if you are able to, try using regular milk in this curry to make it as creamy and delicious as possible.
Try including green gram in your diet.
