Wash the vegetables then cut. Then put the vegetables in sufuria and add 2 cups of water and put over medium heat. And allow the vegetables to boil or cook for 20 minutes..

Add oil in another sufuria and then add onion and put over medium heat. let the onions cook until golden brown then add tomatoes. Cover to let the tomatoes cook or soften then add the cooked vegetables and stir to mix..

Cover to simmer for 3 minutes and then add milk. Again allow to cook for 5 minutes. Then serve when hot with Ugali..
