Curd peanut chutney step by step

  1. Heat a pan and roast peanuts in it on low flame for 5 mins..

  2. Switch off the flame and keep it aside..

  3. After it is lightly cooled then coarse crush the roasted peanuts in blender or mixer.

  4. Same time add curd, salt and ginger paste and chopped green chilli..

  5. Blend in a mixer till smooth without using any water..

  6. For tadka: heat tadka pan and add cumin, mustard seed, curry leaf and red chilli powder. Add the mixture.serve it..

  7. Adjust spice according to your taste Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use when required. Do not add any water while grinding, or the chutney might become watery..

It is also known as kadlekai chutney and groundnut chutney.
