Blend a mixture of spices to fry with.

I.e. onion, garlic, ginger, tomatopaste, tomatoes, raw mango, brown sugar.

  7. Serve with ugali and enjoy.

Fry them till golden brown then add your blended mixture.

On low heat cook while stirring until well incorporated.
