Pull apart bhaji pav instructions

For bhaji:-Heat butter add cumin seeds,mustard seeds ginger garlic paste,chopped onion, green chilli, saute well till onion golden brown,add capsicum,French beans,mix it well,Add cauliflower florets, green peas,carrot, add red chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Coriander powder powder and salt,cook for a minute,add mashed potato mix it well,add water and pav bhaji masala, cook 4to 5 minutes, add Coriander leaves,turn off the gas.

For pull-apart bhaji pav:- Make deep cuts on loaf of pav, fill the bhaji stuffing in all the cuts throughout, Brush butter on top of the pav, top it up with onion, Coriander leaves, butter.

Top it up with generous amount of cheese, sprinkle pav bhaji masala.

Place them on baking tray, put the tray in the oven, bake till the cheese melt, pull apart bhaji pav ready to served.
