Take palak in a cooker add green chillies and cook for 2 whistles. Soak and cook in water till cooked chana dal and peanuts..

In a kadhai take oil add mustard, cumin, hing and saute till raw smell goes away.

Add palak paste/puree and mix. Add besan diluted to 1/2 cup water to avoid lumps. Add 2 cups water, salt and peanuts, chana dal bring to single boil..
