Recipe: Eating on a Dime Green Hummus Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Green Hummus. The most green and fresh homemade hummus I've ever met. My standard for great hummus has risen over the years and reached a new height in Israel last fall, naturally. I borrowed the fresh herbs from classic green goddess dressing, and whipped them into the hummus for a spectacularly green and flavorful hummus.

And don't even get me started on wraps.

I won't even touch a wrap that doesn't contain hummus, and neither should you.

Ingredients of Green Hummus

  1. It’s of parsley.

  2. You need of cilantro.

  3. It’s of spinach.

  4. Prepare of arugula.

  5. It’s of green onions chopped.

  6. You need of garlic cloves peeled.

  7. It’s of olive oil.

  8. You need of Juice of 2 lemons.

  9. Prepare of Salt & pepper.

  10. Prepare of garbanzo beans rinsed and drained.

We love hummus, but sometimes the flavors are a little strong for kiddos.
