  1. Prepare of besan flour.

  2. It’s of rice flour.

  3. It’s of ajwain.

  4. You need of hing & turmeric.

  1. Mix all the flour with salt, turmeric and hing. Soak ajwain in hot water for 15 minutes and filter the water.

  2. Make a dough using the ajwain water. Heat a pan with oil to deep fry.

  3. Once oil is hot, place the dough in omakuzhal and press the outer lid in clock wise direction. Once done in the same oil fry curry leaves.
